4YP offers impartial career information and guidance, intensive support and mentoring, and youth work. We are committed to providing quality services and are passionate about supporting young people to make a successful transition into adulthood. 4YP has helped support 1000’s of young people for over 13 years to become happy, successful, and contributing members of society. Through our career guidance, youth work, and mentoring programs, we are able to support young people to build confidence and self-esteem, make informed decisions about their futures, improve relationships with teachers, peers, and family members, raise aspirations, and achieve their goals.
Sometimes we are looking for very small amounts of funding to pay for travel expenses to an interview, buy refreshments, or pay for one-off activities or equipment. Other times we need a little more, having identified a need for a project to address a particular issue being experienced by a small group of young people.
