Safeguarding
All our staff receive Level 2 safeguarding training as a minimum and attend regular updating training. All staff are taken through our safeguarding policy and sign to say they have read and understood it. We comply with best practices in multi-agency working to ensure the safety of all young people.
Data Protection and GDPR compliance
4YP is committed to processing the information we collect about young people fairly, lawfully, and transparently in line with GDPR laws.
Your information is kept securely on our cloud-based system and managed by our IT company. Any information we keep about you is confidential unless:
- You give us permission to pass information about you to other agencies or people to help you.
- You tell us that you or someone else is at risk of harm.
- Withholding information is against the law and puts you or others at risk.
